MixGram policy
Rules & monetization policy
These rules apply to every account, every video and every payout on MixGram. Read them before you apply for monetization.
1. Community guidelines
- Only upload or import content you have the right to share. Repeated copyright complaints remove upload access permanently.
- No nudity, sexual content, or content involving minors in any form.
- No graphic violence, gore, self-harm promotion, or animal cruelty.
- No hate speech, harassment, threats, doxxing, or targeted abuse of any person or group.
- No terrorist, extremist, or violent-organisation content or recruitment.
- No sale or promotion of weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, or stolen data.
- No scams, phishing, fake giveaways, investment guarantees, or gambling promotion.
- No medical or health misinformation, and no dangerous challenges or stunts.
- No impersonation of another person, brand, or MixGram staff.
- No spam: mass duplicate uploads, keyword stuffing, or engagement-bait chains.
- One account per person. Ban evasion with a new account is itself a violation.
- You must be 13 or older to hold an account, and 18 or older to receive payouts.
2. Content & privacy
- Do not post other people's private information, private chats, or private media.
- Filming or recording people without consent where privacy is expected is not allowed.
- Deleted videos are removed from the public feed immediately; analytics history is retained for audit.
- Private videos are visible only to you; public videos are watchable worldwide.
- Comments and messages follow the same rules as videos. Abusive accounts lose social features first, then the whole account.
3. How ad earnings work
- Ads always serve on every video, but income is only counted while your monetization is ACTIVE in your profile. Before approval you may still see ads on your clips — those clicks earn $0.00.
- You are paid per verified human click on the ad shown with your video, never per view.
- The platform rate is $0.50 – $1.00 per 1,000 verified clicks. The exact rate inside that band is fixed by the admin and can never be exceeded.
- Impressions alone do not pay. Only clicks that pass the traffic guard are payable.
- Earnings are locked for 30 days from the moment they accrue, then become withdrawable.
- Minimum withdrawal is $10 and payouts are made in crypto only (USDT/USDC networks, BTC, LTC).
- Your balance can never exceed the fixed rate × your verified click volume. Every balance is recomputed from verified events on each read.
4. Invalid traffic — strictly enforced
- Self-clicks are blocked. Clicking the ads on your own videos earns nothing and is logged.
- Automated clicking, click farms, click-exchange groups, paid-click services, and scripts are prohibited.
- Asking or incentivising viewers to click ads ("click my ad", "support me by clicking") is prohibited.
- The AI traffic guard voids any click burst above 10 clicks per minute on one creator's inventory.
- Bot views, VPN/emulator farms, and auto-refresh traffic are detected and excluded from payable counts.
- Placing MixGram videos inside pop-unders, hidden iframes, or auto-clicking pages is prohibited.
- Each detected violation raises a fraud strike. Three strikes suspend monetization and void the unpaid balance.
- Serious or repeated fraud results in permanent account suspension without payout.
5. Monetization eligibility
- Complete your profile first: real name, email, phone, profile picture and bio.
- Reach the verified human view threshold, then apply from Studio → Monetization.
- Identity verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal.
- Monetization is per creator, not per video, and can be paused by you or by the admin at any time.
- If monetization is off, rejected, or suspended, ads still show but generate no income for you.
6. Enforcement & appeals
- Actions escalate: warning → feature limit → monetization suspension → account suspension.
- Every enforcement action is written to the audit log with a timestamp and reason.
- You may appeal once per action from your account page; decisions on fraud cases are final.
- MixGram may update these rules at any time; continued use means acceptance of the current version.
